For Members of the Penn Hills High School Class of 2025
The Trey Mitlo Memorial Scholarship is a $500 award presented to a graduating senior from Penn Hills High School. This unique scholarship celebrated individuality, authenticity, and the spirit of being unapologetically yourself, just like Trey.
About the Scholarship:
This is not a traditional scholarship. While grades, community service, and extracurriculars are commendable, they are not the deciding factors here. Instead, you are the deciding factor.
To apply, submit an essay of any length explaining why you should receive the Trey Mitlo Memorial Scholarship. Be honest, be real, and be yourself. Trey was a different kind of kid, and this is a different kind of scholarship.
Award Details:
- Scholarship Amount: $500
- Eligibility: Open to all graduating seniors in the Penn Hills High School Class of 2025
- Application Deadline: April 30, 2025
- Award Presentation: The recipient will be honored during a ceremony on May 7 at 7:00 p.m. at Penn Hills High School
- Please note: Attendance at the ceremony is required to receive the award.
